This policy explains how to request and receive a refund for VPNGJ subscription services. Submit requests through a support ticket in the user panel; order records are used to verify payment and refund status. You may also consult the Terms of Service. For the refund window and application process, follow the information on this page.
Application window and refund promise
You may request a full refund for any reason within 60 days of your first payment. The application window begins with the order record for your account's first successful payment, not when you download a client, import a subscription or make your first connection. Submit a support ticket and clearly request a refund within this window so that your request date is recorded.
You do not need to give a reason for being dissatisfied. Payment receipts and order details are used to verify the transaction; they are not intended to require you to prove a connection problem. Renewals, upgrades and other orders after your first payment do not restart the refund window for that first payment. If your request involves multiple transactions, list each order you want reviewed.
Eligibility and order verification
Requests for monthly subscriptions and data packages are submitted through the same support ticket entry point and assessed against the refund window for your first payment. Data packages remain available until used and do not expire; this describes the validity of the data, not an unlimited refund window. Transactions outside the application window are not covered by the full-refund promise described above.
If data has been used or exhausted, or the account shows usage beyond the package limit, first check the package details and usage records. These circumstances alone do not establish that you are ineligible for a refund. This policy does not set any unpublished data deduction rate or usage threshold. Account actions for violations and transaction reviews are handled separately. If there is a dispute, describe the specific records and relevant terms in your ticket rather than relying on a general account status as a substitute for a refund response.
How to apply and what to include
- Sign in to the account used for payment, open the support ticket page and submit a refund request. If you cannot sign in, first use the account assistance option provided in the panel to resolve the access issue.
- Include your username, order ID, payment method, amount paid and payment date. If there are multiple orders, list them separately to avoid mixing different transactions in one description.
- If the order status does not match the payment record, you may attach proof of the transaction. Redact information unrelated to the review, while retaining the details needed to locate the transaction.
- Provide any additional materials, review the outcome and confirm the refund status in the original ticket to keep the records together.
Do not include your sign-in password, subscription link, payment password or wallet private key in a ticket. No email address is required; a username and password are enough to get started. Keep refund requests focused on your account and order records.
Refunds to the original payment method
Payments made through Alipay or WeChat are generally refunded through the original payment channel. Refer to the refund record shown by the payment platform. If the original channel cannot process the refund, explain the reason in your ticket and confirm the available options. You should not be asked to make an additional payment to receive a refund.
USDT involves an on-chain transfer and cannot be treated like an Alipay or WeChat order cancellation. Confirm the refund method, network and receiving address in your ticket. Do not reuse a previous payment address or transfer funds to an unconfirmed address. This page makes no promise about unpublished exchange rates, network fees or automatic refund rules.
Checking refund status and next steps
Submitting a request, completing verification, initiating a refund and receiving the funds are separate steps. The time it takes for funds to arrive depends on the payment channel and transaction status; this page does not specify a standard arrival time. After receiving an update, check the refund record in the original payment channel. For USDT, refer to the verified transfer record and network confirmations.
If your ticket shows that a refund was issued but the funds have not arrived, add the order ID and your inquiry results to the original ticket for further review. The handling of subscriptions, remaining data and access rights related to a refund should be explained before the refund is processed. If you disagree with the outcome, request a review in the original ticket and keep the order details and related responses for reference.
