These terms apply to the cross-border network acceleration subscription services provided by VPNGJ. Please read these terms and related policies before activating an account, selecting a plan, or using a subscription. By using the service, you agree to the applicable usage rules. Services and Scope
VPNGJ provides international routes for cross-border access and subscription management, with coverage in 90+ countries and 170+ routes. Supported platforms include Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Available routes and client links are shown in the account panel.
Subscriptions provide network connectivity only; they do not include accounts, content licenses, or paid benefits from third-party websites. Third-party services may change their regional, account, and content policies. Route coverage does not guarantee access to any particular website, content region, or feature.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required; an account can be activated with a username and password. Keep your login credentials, subscription details, and imported configurations secure. Do not post them on public pages or share them with others. If you discover exposed credentials or unusual activity, change your password promptly and submit a support ticket through the account panel.
There is no limit on the number of devices that can be online at the same time. This is intended for the account holder’s own devices and does not permit sharing or renting out accounts or subscriptions, reselling them, or providing commercial relay services. Do not use automated requests or abnormal connections to consume resources continuously or disrupt normal use by others.
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into the remaining days. Traffic bundles remain available until used and never expire. See Plan Pricing for prices and traffic allowances. Payment and subscription records can be reviewed in the account panel.
Acceptable Use
You must comply with the laws and regulations of your location and any regions relevant to your use of the service, as well as the rules of the services you access. You may not use VPNGJ for fraud, illegal transactions, violations of others’ privacy or intellectual property rights, or the distribution of illegal content.
Unauthorized system access, malicious scanning, network attacks, distribution of malware, and sending spam are prohibited. Do not disrupt the service, attempt to obtain another person’s account information, or assist others in doing any of the above. You are responsible for determining whether the content you access and your related activities are lawful.
Availability and Limitations of Liability
Connection quality depends on your local network, device configuration, international links, and the status of the destination service. Maintenance, upstream outages, or circumstances beyond reasonable control may result in route changes, interruptions, or access issues. VPNGJ does not guarantee continuous availability, a fixed speed, or any particular access outcome.
If an issue occurs, first check your client and subscription status, then provide the relevant details so the issue can be investigated. To the extent permitted by applicable law, VPNGJ’s liability for effects caused by changes to third-party services, user configuration errors, or external network failures is limited accordingly. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited or any rights you have under applicable law.
Account Restrictions and Termination
If there is unauthorized resale, subscription sharing, unlawful use, attack activity, or abnormal use that affects service operation, VPNGJ may take measures based on the risk, including restricting connections, suspending a subscription, or terminating an account. Protective restrictions may also be applied first when account security is at risk.
If you disagree with an action taken, you can explain the circumstances and submit relevant records through account support tickets to request a review. Account restrictions or termination do not automatically remove any appeal or refund rights you may have under applicable law.
Changes to These Terms and Related Policies
VPNGJ may update these terms in response to service changes or legal requirements. Updates will be posted on this page, and the month shown at the top will be revised. Changes that materially affect usage rights will be explained through site announcements or the account panel. The applicable scope is determined by the announcement and applicable law.
You may request a full refund for any reason within 60 days of your first payment. See the Refund Policy for instructions and details.
For information about how account data is handled, see the Privacy Policy. If any related provision conflicts with mandatory requirements of applicable law, the law prevails and the remaining provisions continue to apply.
