Information handled independently by third-party payment providers or external platforms is subject to their own policies.
Account and Service Information
No email is required to get started; a username and password are enough to create an account. An email address is not a required registration field. Account details are used for authentication, access management and subscription delivery. Keep your password and subscription credentials secure, and do not submit them on public pages.
This service processes plan status, summarized data usage, order records and refund records to calculate remaining usage, confirm payments and provide support. When users submit a support ticket, the description and attachments they provide are used to investigate the issue. Please share only what is necessary and remove credentials and unrelated personal details.
No-Logs Policy and Connection Data
VPNGJ follows a no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users visit through international routes, or retain browsing history, destination URLs, DNS query history or communications content. It does not create records that could be used to reconstruct browsing activity.
Temporary session state required to provide a connection is used for traffic forwarding and connection management only while the service is running; it is not retained as a persistent connection log after the session ends. Summarized data usage for plan billing is handled separately from browsing records and does not include destinations. Records processed by the website and user panel for account security and troubleshooting are not browsing logs for subscription routes and must not be used to reconstruct browsing activity.
Site Analytics and Local Storage
Site analytics help us understand page visits, referral sources and button usage so we can improve content and service delivery. The data may include pages visited, referring pages, browser information and interaction events. Analytics should not include passwords, subscription credentials or communications content, and are not used to build profiles of browsing activity.
Cookies and browser local storage are used to maintain login sessions and save language preferences and essential interface settings. Login credentials may be stored locally. Users can clear this data through their browser settings; doing so may require logging in again or choosing preferences again. Clearing browser data does not delete account or order records held on the server.
Payment Processing and Information Sharing
This service supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are handled by the relevant third-party provider, and information collected for payment, transaction confirmation and compliance reviews is subject to that provider's rules. VPNGJ uses order identifiers, amounts and transaction statuses for reconciliation. Users are not asked to provide payment passwords or confidential credentials in support tickets.
This service does not sell account details. If information must be shared with a technical service provider, it is limited to what is necessary to perform the relevant function, and the provider is required to process it for the agreed purpose. Information required by law is handled only as applicable requirements demand.
Retention and Deletion Requests
Account details are retained for as long as needed to provide the service. Order, refund and dispute records are kept as required for service delivery, reconciliation and applicable laws. Troubleshooting and security records are kept only until their purpose has been fulfilled. Site analytics are deleted or de-identified when no longer needed. This policy does not set a single fixed retention period.
Users can log in to the panel and use the support ticket form to request access to, correction of or deletion of account details. Account ownership must be verified before a request is processed. Deletion may affect login, subscriptions and support. Records that must be retained by law or are needed to resolve outstanding matters will have their use restricted and be deleted once the basis for retention no longer applies.
Policy Updates and Questions
If service features or data processing practices change, this policy will be updated on this page, along with the updated month shown at the beginning. Significant changes to processing purposes or scope will be communicated through the website or user panel. Where separate consent is required, a page update does not replace the user's choice.
